- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and ranch dressing. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Warm Tortillas: Slightly warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds to make them more pliable and easier to roll.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes (if using) evenly on the center of each tortilla.
- Add Chicken Mixture: Spoon the prepared chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the lettuce and tomatoes on each tortilla.
- Roll Wraps: Fold in the sides and roll up each tortilla tightly like a burrito, ensuring the filling is securely wrapped inside.
- Serve or Chill: Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately for a fresh cold wrap. Alternatively, wrap each in foil and chill in the refrigerator for later use.
- Optional Grilling: For a crispier wrap, heat a skillet over medium heat and grill each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and warmed through.
