- Ice as needed

Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit Puree: Add the strawberries, mango, orange juice, and honey or agave syrup to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed to achieve a balanced flavor.
- Assemble the Mimosas: Fill champagne flutes or glasses halfway with the strawberry mango puree. Carefully top each glass with chilled sparkling grape juice to preserve the fizz and bubbles.
