- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
- 1/4 cup candied pecans or walnuts
- 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Prepare the salad base: In a large salad bowl, place the mixed greens as the foundation for the salad.
- Add toppings: Arrange the thinly sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, crumbled goat cheese, candied pecans or walnuts, and thinly sliced red onion evenly over the greens.
- Make the dressing: In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until the dressing is well emulsified and smooth.
- Toss and serve: Drizzle the dressing over the assembled salad just before serving. Toss gently to evenly coat all ingredients without bruising the delicate greens and fruit.
