- 1 tablespoon sugar or strawberry syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
Pineapple Coconut Layer:
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
Toppings:
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Strawberry or pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend Strawberry Layer: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, milk, sugar or strawberry syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Once done, set this layer aside in a separate container.
- Blend Pineapple Coconut Layer: Using a clean blender, add the pineapple chunks, coconut milk or cream, vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, and ice. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, ensuring a rich tropical flavor.
- Layer & Swirl: Pour the strawberry and pineapple coconut layers alternately into glasses. For a beautiful two-tone effect, gently swirl the layers together using a straw or skewer to create a marbled look without fully mixing them.
- Top It Off: Garnish each frappuccino with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry or pineapple wedge for an appealing finish.
- Sip & Escape: Serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing tropical vibes and the perfect balance of fruity flavors in every sip.
Notes
- You can use any milk variant such as almond, soy, or regular dairy milk based on your preference.
- Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the sugar or syrup to your taste.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and dairy-free ice cream or frozen yogurt.
- If fresh pineapple or strawberries are not available, frozen fruit works perfectly.
- To make the swirl more pronounced, refrigerate the layers briefly before pouring.
