Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender: Start by pouring 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk into your high-speed blender, followed by 2 cups of baby spinach, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 large frozen banana, 2 cups frozen blueberries, 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter, 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt, and ice cubes if using.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add additional almond milk to reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust the flavors as needed for sweetness or thickness. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and healthy smoothie!
Notes
- Use frozen fruit to achieve a thick and cold smoothie without needing ice cubes.
- Substitute almond milk with any other plant-based or dairy milk according to preference or dietary needs.
- Peanut butter can be replaced with almond butter or other nut butters for variety.
- Adding extra chia seeds can boost fiber and omega-3 content.
- Adjust sweetness naturally by adding a bit more banana or a drizzle of honey/maple syrup if desired.
