Fruit

Sweetener & Garnish
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the glasses: In 4 small glasses or jars, spoon about ¼ cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each container to create the base layer.
- Add granola and berries: Add a layer of granola (approximately 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt, followed by a generous layer of mixed fresh berries to add texture and natural sweetness.
- Repeat layering: Repeat the layering process with the remaining Greek yogurt, granola, and berries to build your parfaits to the top of the glasses.
- Sweeten and add seeds: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness, and sprinkle chia seeds or flax seeds on top for added nutrition and crunch.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish each parfait with a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours for a convenient make-ahead breakfast or snack.
Notes
- Use flavored yogurt like vanilla for a naturally sweeter parfait without adding extra sweeteners.
- Swap Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free alternative suitable for vegan diets.
- Replace granola with crushed nuts or oats to reduce sugar content.
- For gluten-free options, ensure you use gluten-free granola.
