- Prepare the tortilla: Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Using a sharp knife, cut a single slit from the center of the tortilla straight to the edge, dividing it visually for folding.
- Divide into quadrants: Mentally divide the tortilla into four equal quadrants, which will help organize the fillings for folding.
- Add scrambled eggs: Place the scrambled eggs on the bottom-left quadrant of the tortilla.
- Add bacon: Place the cooked bacon slices on the top-left quadrant next to the eggs.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on the top-right quadrant.
- Add avocado: Place sliced avocado on the bottom-right quadrant of the tortilla.
- Fold the wrap: Fold the bottom-left quadrant over the top-left, then fold that over the top-right, and finally fold over the bottom-right quadrant to create a triangular-shaped wrap enclosing all ingredients.
- Cook the wrap: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray or brush with oil. Place the folded wrap in the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese inside has melted.
