- 1 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional

Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Core and chop the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grapes to make them easier to eat.
- Combine Fruits: In a large bowl, add the chopped apples, pears, halved grapes, pomegranate arils, and dried cranberries. Mix gently to combine all the fruits evenly.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Toss the Salad: Drizzle the cinnamon-honey dressing over the combined fruits. Toss gently to ensure the dressing coats all the fruits evenly.
- Add Nuts and Serve: Sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts over the top, if using, for added crunch. Serve the salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- This salad tastes best when served chilled.
- For a nut-free version, omit the pecans or walnuts.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup to make it vegan.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours for freshness.
