Instructions

  1. Prepare cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cherry pie filling: Gently fold the cherry pie filling into the cream cheese mixture, taking care not to break up the cherries too much.
  3. Assemble egg rolls: Lay one egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cherry cheesecake filling in the center.
