- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 cup pitted olives (black or green)
- 1/2 cup salami or pepperoni slices, folded
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped into chunks
- 12–15 fresh basil leaves
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12–15 small wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Assemble Skewers: On each skewer or toothpick, thread a combination of ingredients starting with a cherry tomato, followed by a folded salami slice, a chunk of roasted red pepper, one olive, a mozzarella ball, a piece of artichoke heart, and finish with a fresh basil leaf. Mix and match to create variety and appealing color.
